Westmont is looking for an experienced Clinical Specialist/ Resident Services Specialist to support our communities. Candidates must be LVNs. The ideal candidate will reside in Southern/ Northern CA or willing to relocate to Southern CA. Ideal candidates will have Assisted Living/ Memory Care experience. WHY JOIN OUR GREAT TEAM? LVN degree – must have Supervisory and management experience including hiring staff, coaching, performance management, daily operations supervision, discipline, and counseling. Business analytic skills with the ability to link information to action and results Familiar with state licensing requirements Willingness to travel 95% Strong customer service track record with measurable results Competent in organizational, time management skills Proficiency in computer skills, Microsoft Office, August Health etc. Must be able and willing to fill in for the Resident Services Director Position within the community as needed.
