Westmont is looking for an experienced Clinical Specialist/ Resident Services Specialist to support our communities. Candidates must be LVNs. The ideal candidate will reside in Southern/ Northern CA or willing to relocate to Southern CA. Ideal candidates will have Assisted Living/ Memory Care experience. WHY JOIN OUR GREAT TEAM?

- 3 + years of successful multi-site clinical experience
- Must have experience in AL and/or MC communities.
- LVN degree - must have
- Supervisory and management experience including hiring staff, coaching, performance management, daily operations supervision, discipline, and counseling.
- Business analytic skills with the ability to link information to action and results
- Familiar with state licensing requirements
- Willingness to travel 95%
- Strong customer service track record with measurable results
- Competent in organizational, time management skills
- Proficiency in computer skills, Microsoft Office, August Health etc.
- Must be able and willing to fill in for the Resident Services Director Position within the community as needed.
