Clinical Field Specialist

Natera seeks a Clinical Field Specialist to drive revenue and market expansion in Women's Health through direct sales to maternal-fetal medicine physicians and obstetrician-gynecologists in North San Diego County. The role combines consultative selling with clinical training on diagnostic laboratory products.
Responsibilities
- Generate revenue and market development through direct sales to MFMs, OB/GYNs, and genetic counselors
- Prospect, cultivate, and maintain strategic physician relationships
- Develop and execute territory business plans focused on revenue growth
- Provide clinical insight and technical training on product applications
- Execute HIPAA compliance and company-mandated security and policy training
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in life sciences, nursing, or related healthcare field
- Minimum three years physician sales experience in diagnostic laboratory business
- Background in medical or biological sciences, clinical diagnostics preferred
- Experience selling to OB/GYN or maternal-fetal medicine specialists strongly preferred
- Demonstrated success launching new markets and products with revenue growth
- Residency required within North San Diego territory (Escondido to Temecula coverage area)
