Skills: Current State License as a Physical Therapist - Required. Proof of current CPR certification - Required. Current driver's license. Must have reliable transportation and insurance - Required 1-2 years experience as a Physical Therapist in an acute care or rehabilitation setting - Required Previous home care experience - Preferred.
HCHB EMR preferred Education: Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from an American Physical Therapy Association approved program - Required
