Continuous Improvement Manager

We are seeking a highly analytical Process Improvement Lead / Process Engineer with experience in manufacturing, logistics, distribution, or fulfillment operations. This individual will drive continuous improvement initiatives, optimize operational workflows, and leverage data to increase efficiency, productivity, and cost savings across the business. Required Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in Process Engineering, Continuous Improvement, Industrial Engineering, or related roles Background in logistics, manufacturing, warehousing, distribution, or fulfillment environments Experience with Lean, Kaizen, Six Sigma (Green Belt or higher preferred) methodologies Proficiency with Microsoft Visio for process mapping, workflow design, and value stream mapping Strong analytical skills with experience using Excel and operational data to identify trends and drive improvements Experience conducting root cause analysis and implementing sustainable corrective actions Ability to partner cross-functionally with Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Leadership teams Preferred Background: Experience with organizations such as Amazon, UPS, FedEx, DHL, Ryder, Chewy, Lowe's Distribution, Walmart Distribution , or similar high-volume operational environments Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field Key Responsibilities: Analyze and improve operational processes to increase throughput, quality, and efficiency Create and maintain process maps, SOPs, and workflow documentation using Visio Lead Kaizen events and continuous improvement initiatives Utilize Lean/Six Sigma tools to identify waste, bottlenecks, and cost-saving opportunities Develop metrics, dashboards, and reporting to measure process performance Drive cross-functional projects from analysis through implementation and sustainment #J-18808-Ljbffr
