Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Echo Tech / Cardiac Sonographer to join a high-performing cardiology team. In this role, you will perform a variety of diagnostic cardiac ultrasound procedures to assist physicians in diagnosing cardiovascular conditions.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform echocardiograms and cardiac ultrasound procedures
• Prepare patients, obtain clinical history, and explain procedures
• Ensure high-quality imaging for accurate diagnosis
• Review and evaluate images for completeness and accuracy
• Document findings clearly in EMR systems
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams
• Maintain equipment, ensure safety, and stock supplies
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives
• Provide excellent patient care and communication

✅ Requirements

• Required Certifications:
  • RDCS (Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer) OR
  • RCS (Registered Cardiac Sonographer)
• Education:
  • High School Diploma or GED (Required)
  • Associate Degree (Preferred)
• Experience:
  • Experience in cardiac ultrasound / echocardiography
  • Strong knowledge of cardiac anatomy and imaging protocols

• Experience with structural heart imaging
• Pediatric echo experience (a plus)
• High reliability and strong attention to detail
