We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team. The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visually appealing and effective designs for various marketing and branding materials. This is a full-time, permanent position.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with marketing team to develop and execute design concepts for various marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, social media graphics, and website graphics

- Create and design logos, branding materials, and other visual elements for the company

- Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all materials

- Work closely with the marketing team to understand project goals and target audience

- Conduct research and stay up-to-date with design trends and techniques

- Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

- Ensure all designs are in line with the company's brand and visual identity

- Collaborate with external vendors and printers to ensure high-quality production of materials

- Maintain and organize design files and assets for easy access and future use

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a marketing or agency setting

- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

- Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design work

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

- Knowledge of printing processes and file preparation for print

- Experience with video editing and animation is a plus

- Passion for pediatric healthcare and a desire to make a positive impact on children's lives
