Jetro Restaurant Depot is seeking a Meat Manager to oversee all aspects of the meat department, including inventory, quality control, merchandising, and team performance. The role ensures department operations meet company standards and maintain freshness to support sales and customer satisfaction. The Meat Manager will supervise staff, coordinate stock and displays, monitor shrink, and ensure compliance with food safety regulations in a warehouse/retail environment.
