In this senior role, you will play a key part in the development of Advanced Processing systems and subsystems, supporting all aspects of hardware development from requirements derivation through product integration. You’ll lead efforts to ensure the technical integrity, quality, and completeness of work, ensuring that project deliverables meet cost and schedule commitments. Learn more about Lockheed Martin's Comprehensive benefits package here!#MSetechBasic QualificationsBachelors degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Computer, or System Engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 14 years or more of professional experience; or 12 years of professional experience with a related Masters degree.Strong Leadership experience including leading diverse teams.Circuit card design experience.Experience with process reviews, audits and complianceExperience with laboratory work / testing and with analog, RF, or digital hardware, including practical Experience with network analyzers, logic analyzers, and spectrum analyzers.Design, test, and evaluate RF, analog, or digital hardware and test equipment.Ability to obtain a security clearance to at least the Secret level.Desired SkillsDOD customer experienceExperience with designing / developing / integrating advanced processing systemsControl Account and Project Management Experience.
