We're seeking experienced Forklift Operators to work a premier temperature-controlled warehouse and logistics company in Wauwatosa, Wisconsin. With us, it's all about finding the job that's just right.

Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation:

$19.00 per hour

Shifts Available:

Weekend Shift

• Saturday Tuesday
• 6:00 AM 4:30 PM

Mid Shift

• Monday Friday
• 12:00 PM 8:30 PM

MUST HAVE:

• Previous Stand-Up Forklift Experience

What's a Typical Day as a Forklift Operator? You'll Be:

• Operating a stand-up reach forklift to move products, equipment, and materials throughout the warehouse
• Putting away palletized inventory into elevated rack locations
• Picking palletized units for outbound shipment
• Loading and unloading materials from trailers, pallets, and skids
• Using RF scanners to record inventory counts, weights, and product conditions
• Completing daily forklift inspections and maintenance checklists
• Monitoring and maintaining forklift batteries and charging equipment
• Following all company safety standards, policies, and procedures
• Working in temperature-controlled environments, including freezer and cold storage areas

This Job Might Be an Outstanding Fit If You:

• Have previous stand-up forklift experience (required)
• Possess basic math skills
• Can understand and follow instructions in English
• Are comfortable lifting at least 40 pounds
• Can work in temperatures ranging from freezer conditions (-20F) to warmer warehouse environments
• Are dependable, safety-conscious, and able to work independently
• Can work flexible schedules, including weekends if needed
