Tax Accounting Manager

TG Therapeutics, Inc. seeks an Accounting Manager focused on tax accounting and compliance oversight in a public-company setting. You will own the tax provision process, coordinate with external advisors, and manage tax notices, with responsibility for filings, disclosures, and SOX controls. The role reports to the Assistant Controller and supports state, local, and international tax matters.
