Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Lead projects from initiation through completion.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
• Monitor project progress and provide status updates to stakeholders.
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Manage project resources, timelines, and deliverables.
• Facilitate meetings and ensure clear communication among team members.
• Maintain project documentation and reporting requirements.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Building and Construction Project Manager should have:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 3+ years of project management experience.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
• Experience working with project management software such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Asana, or similar tools.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• PMP certification is preferred but not required.
