Payroll CoordinatorSupport full cycle payroll for associates in specific/assigned geography(s)/location(s). Troubleshoot and respond to payroll requests/questions. Interact with store and corporate associates to resolve issues associated with data collection and various payroll system.A Day In The LifeSupport full cycle payroll for associates in specific/assigned geography(s)/location(s) - reconcile data; identify and correct errors; upload to Workday payroll system. Enter data and hours for stores that are unable to transmit information; process short hour, missed benefit day, vacation and mismatch bonus requests.Troubleshoot, research, and resolve standard payroll issues – troubleshoot questions/issues that relate to un-submitted new hire information; vacation requests; stop payment requests; verification of employment. Communicate and follow-up on issues in a timely mannerProvide back-up to other Coordinators – perform back up duties for other Coordinators as neededYou'll Come WithHigh school diploma or equivalent required1-3 years related Customer Service experience (Payroll experience is a bonus)Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and AccessExperience running reports, filtering, and V-lookups in MS ExcelUnderstands/can learn department's Payroll/Accounting/Financial SystemsAttention to detail and accuracyOrganized and on top of time sensitive tasks; works well within time constraintsHandles correspondence with vendors professionally and efficiently.Resolves issues quickly and effectivelyEffectively communicates with management and peersIdentifies problems/issues pertaining to workWorks with supervision & established proceduresWorkday HCM system a plusReflexis WFM system a plusBilingual in Spanish, preferredMust be able to accommodate the following schedule: Monday: 8am - 4:45p (onsite), Tuesday: 6:30am - project completion (remote), Wednesday - Friday: 8:30am - 5:15pm (onsite)Come join our team.
