These opportunities are ideal for dedicated nursing professionals who are committed to delivering exceptional patient care and thrive in dynamic, fast-paced healthcare environments.Opportunities and Shifts Available:Registered Nurse - ER: Full-Time | PRN | Days | NightsRegistered Nurse – Med-Surg: Full-Time | PRN | Days | NightsRegistered Nurse – Charge Nurse: Full-Time | DaysRegistered Nurse – Surgery: Full-Time | DaysRegistered Nurse – ICU: PRN | DaysRegistered Nurse – Circulator: Full-Time | DaysWhat You'll Do:Key Responsibilities:Assess, monitor, and respond to changing patient conditionsProvide direct and indirect patient care addressing psychosocial, physical, and overall patient needs specific to the unit settingDeliver high-quality care with professionalism, initiative, and accountability under the supervision of the associated physicianSafely administer medications following the five rights of medication administrationInitiate, monitor, and discontinue IV therapy as neededAccurately interpret EKGs, lab results, and other diagnostic information to support patient carePerform general nursing duties across departments within the scope of the RN licenseCommunicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team while providing education and guidance to support patient understanding and careCollaborate with physicians, charge nurses, and nursing leadership to ensure quality patient outcomesMaintain accurate, timely documentation in the electronic health record (EHR)Adhere to hospital policies, patient safety protocols, and quality standardsICU specific responsibilities: Monitor critically ill patients and manage life-support equipmentSurgery specific responsibilities & requirements: Assess, monitor, and document patient condition before and during surgery, and monitor patient recovery following surgery. Prepare patients, equipment, and the operating room for surgical procedures. Serve as a circulating nurse, scrub nurse, or post-anesthesia care nurse as assigned. Maintain a safe, sterile, and efficient surgical environment. Knowledge of sterile technique, infection prevention, and perioperative nursing practices for the Surgery role. Circulator Specific Responsibilities: Coordinate and maintain a safe, sterile environment throughout surgical procedures. Support surgical and anesthesia teams before, during, and after procedures. Perform accurate sponge, sharps, and instrument counts in accordance with AORN standards. Properly handle and label surgical specimens. Maintain up-to-date surgeon preference cards and surgical readiness. Mentor and support new staff and nursing students. Ensure compliance with infection control and patient safety standard.Charge Specific Responsibilities: Lead and support ED nursing staff during assigned shifts. Coordinate patient flow, bed placement, and staffing assignments. Assist with high-acuity patients and emergency situations. Ensure compliance with safety, clinical, and documentation standards. Serve as a trusted resource for clinical decision-making and problem-solving.What We Are Looking For:Qualifications:Graduate of an accredited Registered Nursing (RN) programCurrent Tennessee RN licenseCurrent BLS, ACLS, and PALS certificationsUnit-specific experience: 1+ year of hospital nursing experience preferred for ER and Med-Surg rolesPrevious charge nurse or leadership experience preferred; ED experience required for the Charge Nurse rolePrevious perioperative/OR experience preferred for the Surgery rolePrevious critical care or acute care experience preferred for the ICU rolePrevious Nursing and OR experience preferred for the Circulator roleStrong communication, clinical assessment, and critical-thinking skillsProficiency in interpreting EKGs, laboratory results, and related diagnosticsWhy Join the Team?Fast-paced, team-oriented emergency care environment.
