Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)The Staff Pad is proud to partner with a well-known healthcare organization in Manchester, TN and we are seeking a 1099 (Independent Contractor) Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join and support their anesthesia team. This is an independent practice opportunity within a collaborative surgical environment that values clear, respectful communication among anesthesia providers, surgeons, nurses, and surgical technicians. The anesthesia team currently includes 2 full-time CRNAs and 3 PRN CRNAs, with an independent practice model supporting a diverse surgical and procedural case mix. Schedule: Full-Time | 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM | Occasional late days based on surgical volume | Call requiredIndependent CRNA practice Diverse clinical environment & surgical mix Collaborative anesthesia and surgical team Predictable daytime scheduleKey Responsibilities:Provide independent anesthesia care across a variety of surgical and procedural servicesDeliver general anesthesia and regional anesthesia servicesProvide ultrasound-guided regional blocksCare for patients undergoing orthopedic, vascular, urology, endoscopy, pain, and general surgical proceduresPractice across 3 operating rooms and 1 endoscopy roomCollaborate closely with surgeons, nurses, technicians, and other anesthesia providersMaintain high standards of patient safety, clinical quality, and professionalismComplete accurate anesthesia documentation using paper-based chartingParticipate in the anesthesia call scheduleSupport the anesthesia team during scheduled and late-day cases as neededWhat We Are Looking For:Current RN license + APRN licensure/credentialingNBCRNA certification & Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications1+ year of experience as a CRNAExperience with general, orthopedic, vascular, urologic, endoscopy, and pain procedures preferredExperience performing ultrasound-guided regional anesthesia preferredAbility to practice independently in a surgical environmentStrong clinical judgment and commitment to patient safetyExcellent communication and teamwork skillsWhat You Can Expect:Independent CRNA practice model with 3 operating rooms & 1 endoscopy room Diverse case mix including: General surgery, Orthopedics, Vascular, Urology, Endoscopy & Pain procedures Ultrasound-guided regional anesthesia - Ultrasound equipment available No obstetrics/OB call responsibilities Paper-based clinical documentation Competitive compensation 1099 independent contractor arrangement 7 weeks of PTO annually
