The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off. You’ll Bring These Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years or Master’s and 6+ years of relevant experience in Global Supply Chain, U.S. Government contract, or Procurement/Subcontracts; Four additional years of experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree. Must be a U.S. Citizen and have the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Security ClearanceMinimum of 2 years’ experience leading processes, and/or projectsExperience in the Aerospace and Defense industry and working knowledge of FAR/DFARs5 years of experience with the procurement of goods to include the Request for Quotes (RFQs), conducting bid analysis, negotiating purchase orders, documenting purchase order requirements and or similar activitiesExperience managing supplier performance and relationshipsThese Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:Minimum of 2 years experience leading a team,Knowledge and experience with services governed by statement of work (SOW) and supporting authors through the SOW creation process.Excellent written and verbal communication skills and extremely organizedAbility to deal effectively with change and challenges and helps others to do the same.Ability to deal effectively with competing priorities and deadlines, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast paced environment while demonstrating a professional attitude.Working knowledge of FAR/DFARs (FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 15)Working Knowledge of SAPPrimary Level Salary Range: $115,000.00 - $172,400.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
