Seasonal Tasting Room Support Associate - Beringer Beringer, a historic Napa Valley producer, is seeking a Seasonal Tasting Room Support Associate to serve as the main point of contact for guests, ensuring a welcoming and informative experience. Responsibilities Set up and host wine tastings and tours. Deliver world‑class customer service to site visitors. Assist with events, private dinners, and various site activities. Maintain inventory, restock, pack wine, and keep the floor clean. Register operations, process retail sales, and promote the wine club. Follow site policies and procedures. Complete projects and additional duties as directed by the Retail Sales Manager. Qualifications Minimum age of 18. Experience in retail sales or hospitality. Exceptional customer service and presentation skills. Ability to convey knowledge of wines and production. Positive, energetic demeanor and teamwork orientation. Clean, professional appearance. Knowledge of wine, food, and local restaurants. Physical ability to lift 50 lbs (a case of wine). Wine industry or tasting room experience is highly desirable but not required. Incentive pay: Eligible for the Direct‑to‑Consumer Sales Incentive Plan (DSIP). Tips are paid by customers and vary by location and shift. Additional compensation may include a bonus and a comprehensive benefits package. Treasury reserves the right to modify the pay range.
