Registered Nurse Pre Op

HealthONE is seeking a Registered Nurse Pre Op to join our Denver surgical team. In this role, you’ll provide preoperative assessments, patient education, and preparation for surgery, ensuring safety and comfort. Responsibilities include reviewing medical histories, completing pre-op checklists, starting IVs, administering ordered medications, coordinating with surgeons and anesthesia, and documenting care accurately. You’ll collaborate within a multidisciplinary team, support infection control and quality initiatives, and contribute to a culture of excellence, compassion, and continuous professional growth.
