This position has management responsibilities for the department of Quality Resources. The Director is responsible for the establishment, implementation and maintenance of a structure of quality management including medical staff quality management , which promotes the organizational goals and vision of quality health services. This individual provides oversight and direction for house-wide performance improvement initiatives and functions. Actively pursues opportunities to improve organizational performance. Works in a collaborative method to promote an integrated program of CQI within the Saint Lukes Health System.
