Production Machine OperatorExpress Employment Professionals of Everett is seeking a skilled Production Machine Operator to join our client's extrusion team in Marysville, WA. This full-time opportunity offers a consistent weekday schedule and the chance to work with specialized extrusion equipment that produces materials used in high-rise buildings, slab-on-ground construction, and other commercial projects.Schedule:Monday-Thursday: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PMFriday: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PMResponsibilities:Set up and operate extrusion machinery to produce post-tensioning materialsMonitor product quality to ensure specifications and standards are metRead and interpret work orders and enter information into the machine interfaceOperate forklifts to move materials and finished products throughout the facilityPerform routine machine maintenance, troubleshoot issues, clear faults, and remove jamsFollow all safety procedures and work collaboratively to meet production goalsQualifications:Mechanical aptitude and ability to learn industrial machineryExperience working with machine controls or Human Machine Interface (HMI) systems preferredAbility to understand production orders and machine settingsAbility to perform basic equipment maintenance and troubleshootingMust pass a pre-employment background check and drug screenPPE Requirements:Steel-toe boots requiredGloves, hard hat, and additional PPE providedStarting pay is $22 per hour for all shifts.Benefits of working with Express:Medical benefitsHoliday payOptional 401(k)Training opportunitiesWeekly pay
