Position: Server As a Server, you will be responsible for creating memorable dining experiences by providing outstanding service, guiding guests through our menu, and ensuring every table receives attentive and efficient care. Responsibilities Deliver exceptional guest service with a positive and professional attitude. Guide guests through the menu, including Korean BBQ cooking procedures, food recommendations, and beverage pairings. Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system. Monitor tables and anticipate guest needs throughout the dining experience. Assist with grilling and table-side service when required. Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned sections. Work closely with hosts, bussers, bartenders, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth restaurant operations. Complete side work and opening/closing duties as assigned. Follow all health, safety, and sanitation standards. Qualifications Previous serving experience preferred, but we are willing to train motivated individuals. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environment. Strong communication and multitasking skills. Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds. Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
