We are seeking a Japanese-English bilingual Purchasing Coordinator to join a stable and growing international company. Position Summary Primary Responsibilities Purchasing & Supply Chain Operations: 90–95% Occasional Internal IT Backup Support: 5–10% (training provided) Key Responsibilities Process purchase orders and maintain purchasing records Communicate with vendors and internal departments Coordinate purchasing activities and inventory requirements Monitor inventory levels and support inventory management Assist with import/export and supply chain operations Maintain accurate operational data and documentation Prepare reports and analyze data using Microsoft Excel Support day-to-day purchasing and administrative operations Opportunity to Learn New Skills This position also includes occasional backup support for basic internal IT-related tasks when needed (approximately 5–10% of the workload). Previous IT experience is not required. Training will be provided for candidates who are interested in learning new skills and expanding their professional experience.
