Schedule: Monday–Friday | 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Employment Type: Full-Time (W-2)

Expected First-Year Earnings: $45,000–$60,000

Responsibilities

• Meet with business clients in person and build professional relationships

• Deliver exceptional customer service while creating a positive client experience

• Learn our programs and services to help businesses identify solutions that fit their needs

• Answer client questions and provide professional, solution-focused support

• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction

• Maintain accurate records of appointments and customer interactions

• Participate in paid training, daily coaching, and team development meetings

• Work collaboratively to achieve individual and office goals

• Present programs and services through a consultative customer service and sales approach

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude

• Dependable with a strong work ethic

• Organized with excellent time-management skills

• Comfortable meeting with clients face-to-face

• Able to work independently and as part of a team

• Customer service, retail, hospitality, restaurant, or sales experience is helpful but not required

Additional Information

This is a fully on-site position located in Midtown Manhattan.

This position combines customer service with consultative sales in a business-to-business (B2B) environment. Daily face-to-face meetings with business clients are an essential part of the role.
