Administrative Assistant - Part-time

C&S has an immediate opening for a part-time Administrative Assistant in Jefferson City.

A well-established local accounting office is seeking a dependable Administrative Assistant to join their team. This is a unique opportunity offering a part-time schedule year-round with full-time hours during tax season (February–April) .

Schedule

Year-Round:

• 20–24 hours per week
• Thursday & Friday one week
• Wednesday, Thursday & Friday the following week
• Alternating 2-day and 3-day workweeks
• 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Tax Season (February–April):

• Full-time schedule
• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and assist clients
• Schedule appointments
• Review tax information and invoices with clients
• Type and mail correspondence
• Process outgoing mail and postage
• Enter tax-related information into the system

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Professional and dependable work ethic
