Job Summary:

We are urgently hiring a skilled Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN) to provide high-quality care in a fast-paced Emergency Department. In this role, you will handle a wide range of patient conditions, from minor injuries to critical cases, while working collaboratively with a dynamic healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, triage, and treat patients of all ages
• Provide urgent and critical care in emergency situations
• Monitor patient conditions and update care plans accordingly
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
• Perform point-of-care testing and emergency interventions
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure patient safety

Requirements:

• Active RN License – North Carolina (or eligible)
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience (ER preferred)
• BLS certification (required)
• ACLS & PALS (required or to be obtained)
• Nursing Diploma or Associate Degree (BSN preferred)

Compensation & Benefits:

• Night Differential: +$6.00/hr
• Evening Differential: +$3.30/hr
• Weekend Differential: +$10.00/hr
• Sign-on & retention bonuses up to $40,000

Schedule:

• Full-time (36 hours/week)
• 3 days/week, 12-hour shifts
• All shifts available (Days, Evenings, Nights)
• Rotating weekends required
