We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join a full-time Staffing Pool team in Goldsboro, North Carolina. In this role, you will provide high-quality patient care across various inpatient units in a hospital setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver safe, effective, and patient-centered nursing care
• Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to ensure continuity of care
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and recovery
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care as needed
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Follow all clinical policies, safety, and quality standards

Requirements:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in North Carolina
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience
• BLS certification (AHA or ARC)
• Diploma, ADN, or ASN in Nursing from an accredited institution

Preferred Qualifications:

• BSN or MSN
• Experience in acute care, ICU, ER, or float pool settings
• ACLS certification

Compensation & Benefits:

• Shift differentials (evenings, nights, weekends, holidays)
• Up to $10,000 relocation assistance (based on distance)
• Sign-on and retention bonuses available
• Full-time schedule (36 hours/week, 12-hour shifts)
