Float Pool Registered Nurse (RN) - Inpatient

Job Summary:
The Float Pool RN provides flexible nursing coverage across multiple inpatient units, delivering safe and effective patient care while adapting to varying clinical environments.

Schedule:
• 36 hours/week (12-hour shifts)
• Float position across units
• Shift details discussed during interview

Shift Differentials:
• Evening: $3.30/hr
• Night: $6.00/hr
• Weekend: $10.00/hr
• Holiday: 50% of base rate
• Specialty (ER/ICU/OR): $2.00/hr
• (All differentials are stackable)

Relocation Bonus:
• Up to $10,000 (based on distance, 2-year commitment)

Key Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year of RN experience
• Active North Carolina RN license
• BLS certification required
• ASN/Diploma required; BSN preferred

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver patient care using the nursing process
• Float across inpatient units as needed
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
• Ensure patient safety, education, and care continuity
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow clinical standards
