About the Role: Resident Assistant As an RA, you'll play a key role in supporting the health, happiness, and daily experience of the residents at Edgewater in West Des Moines As a Resident Assistant, you will: * Administer medications to residents according to prescribed schedules, ensuring accuracy and adherence to medication management protocols. * Assist residents with daily living activities, including grooming, dressing, and meal preparation, promoting their independence and well-being. * Monitor residents' health and well-being, promptly reporting any changes or concerns to healthcare professionals and family members. * Maintain accurate documentation of medication administration and resident care activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and protocols.
