Shift: 12H Days, Nights D/N Rotate, 7-7 + EOW + Holidays if fall on regularly scheduled shift

Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Description:

Registered Nurse position in the Emergency Room involves providing direct care to patients in a trauma level IV, STEMI receiving, and stroke designated center.

Responsibilities:

• Provide care in a 4-bed ER with 2 trauma bays.
• Assist with ER holds intermixed within the ER.
• Work with available equipment and assist in troubleshooting.
• Read own tele-monitor strips using Mindray monitors.
• Float to Med/surg and Swing bed as needed.

Requirements:

• Must have 2 years ER experience and previous Medsurg experience.
• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, TNCC.
• Ability to work D/N Rotate shifts, including EOW and holidays.
• Must adhere to a 50-mile radius rule and not have worked full-time, part-time, or PRN with CommonSpirit, CHI, or Dignity in the past year.
• Navy blue scrub dress code.
