Job Requirements: Education/Skills: - Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing preferred. Experience: - 1 year of experience in a related nursing specialty preferred. Licenses, Registrations, or Certifications: - Current BLS certification required (AHA only). - Current ACLS certification required (AHA only). - Current PALS certification required (AHA only). - Current TNCC certification required. - RN License in state of TX or compact. Position Requirements: Education/Skills: - Newly hired experienced RNs must attend New Nurses Orientation within the first 30 days of hire. - New hires will be precepted by a designated trained staff member. - Initial on-boarding and competency validations will be conducted in alignment with organizational standards. - Graduates may participate in a residency program or specific orientation for ongoing development. - Completion of all annual competency verification requirements is mandatory. Experience: - One year of experience in a related nursing specialty preferred.
