Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Branch Manager located in Johns Creek, GA. The Branch Manager will oversee daily branch operations, manage staff, ensure excellent customer service, and work to achieve business goals. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining client relationships, supervising branch performance, ensuring compliance with banking regulations, and driving business growth through community engagement and sales initiatives. The Branch Manager will also provide leadership, coaching, and development opportunities to the branch team. Qualifications Strong leadership, team management, and coaching skills Exceptional customer service and relationship-building abilities Knowledge of banking operations, compliance standards, and financial services Effective communication and interpersonal skills Analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities for addressing operational and customer challenges Proven ability to meet sales targets and drive business growth Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (preferred) Prior experience of at least 5-7 years in banking or a similar field is preferred Proficiency in financial software and basic computer applications #J-18808-Ljbffr
