You'll work to identify any automotive issues to ensure customer safety and satisfaction. You will test-drive vehicles and test components and systems using diagnostic tools and special service equipment. In your role as a Technician, you'll collaborate with the Service Advisor to provide the most accurate information for the customer. GM Journeyman Technician Qualifications

• Previous experience as a journeyman, service technician, or mechanic
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment
• ASE Certification required with A-level qualifications
• Dexterity, requiring a steady hand, excellent hand-eye coordination
• Excellent customer service skills and basic computer competencies
• Enjoy working in a dynamic environment
• Teamwork mentality and ability to collaborate with others effectively
• Ability to learn new technology, repair and service procedures and specifications
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
