Developmental Operations Technician

As a DevOps Technician, you will support Anduril’s solid rocket motor research, development, and manufacturing efforts. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced technician to join our cutting‑edge rocket and energetics team. This role will assist the Production Team play a crucial inoverseeing the integration of hardware components for rocket systems and energetic materials.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Ensure proper assembly, installation, and testing of rocket hardware and energetic materials Develop and implement integration procedures and quality control measures Troubleshoot and resolve hardware integration issues as they arise Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including design, manufacturing, and test engineers Maintain accurate documentation of integration processes and test results Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations related to rocket systems and energetics

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Ability to work overtime and occasional weekends as required US citizenship and ability to obtain security clearance may be required Proficient in the use of various hand tools and precision instruments. Comprehensive understanding of hardware integration principles, techniques, and best practices.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

2+ years of experience in hardware integration for rocket systems or similar hardware integration applications Strong knowledge of energetic materials and their handling procedures Excellent problem‑solving and critical thinking skills. US Salary Range: $53,000—$69,000 USD The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations.
