Weekend Charge Nurse

Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

Weekend Charge Nurse: Lead and coordinate the care of patients during designated weekend shifts, ensuring the highest level of patient care and satisfaction.
Nursing Leadership: Provide guidance and support to nursing staff, promoting teamwork and effective communication.
Patient Care: Develop and implement individualized care plans, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and monitor patient progress.
Quality Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance patient outcomes and clinical operations.
Team Management: Supervise and mentor nursing staff, providing guidance and feedback to promote professional growth.

About the Role:

As a Weekend Charge Nurse at Avir at Pebble Creek, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our patients and their families. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care and support, while also contributing to the development of our nursing staff.

Ideal Candidate:

Strong Nursing Background: Current TX RN licensure and a minimum of 0 years of experience in a similar role.
Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and coordinate care, with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Patient-Centered Care: Passion for delivering exceptional patient care, with a focus on patient satisfaction and outcomes.
