Accountabilities Serve as the primary strategic advisor and day-to-day lead for a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring exceptional service, communication, and long-term relationship management. Develop and oversee comprehensive paid digital media strategies, managing campaign planning, execution, optimization, forecasting, and performance analysis across multiple marketing channels. Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality campaign execution while fostering collaboration, accountability, and continuous professional development. Analyze campaign performance, identify optimization opportunities, and provide actionable insights through detailed reporting and data-driven recommendations. Monitor key performance indicators, establish benchmarks, and continuously test new strategies to improve campaign effectiveness and business outcomes. Present campaign results, strategic recommendations, and future roadmaps to clients and internal stakeholders with clarity and confidence. Stay informed on emerging advertising technologies, platform updates, and industry best practices to identify innovative opportunities for client growth. Build scalable marketing strategies that align with client objectives while ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, on time, and within budget. Requirements 10+ years of experience in performance marketing with strong expertise in digital strategy, paid media, search marketing, and client relationship management. Demonstrated ability to lead complex marketing initiatives while balancing strategic planning and day-to-day execution. Proven experience managing multiple stakeholders, client portfolios, and cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data, identify trends, and translate insights into measurable business improvements. Excellent leadership, coaching, and people management skills with experience hiring, mentoring, and developing high-performing teams. Outstanding communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities with both clients and internal stakeholders. Strong organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
