Job Description: Project Manager - Order to Cash and HANA Integration

Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead our Order to Cash (O2C) and HANA integration initiatives. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of projects related to streamlining our order fulfillment processes and integrating SAP HANA technology. Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning and Execution:
   
   
   • Develop comprehensive project plans outlining scope, timelines, and resource requirements.
   • Lead project teams through the entire project lifecycle, ensuring milestones are met on time and within budget.
   • Monitor and report project progress, identifying and mitigating risks to ensure successful project delivery.
2. Order to Cash Optimization:
   
   
   • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze and optimize order to cash processes.
   • Identify areas for improvement in order processing, invoicing, and cash collection.
   • Implement best practices to enhance overall efficiency and customer satisfaction.
3. SAP HANA Integration:
   
   
   • Oversee the seamless integration of SAP HANA technology into existing systems and processes.
   • Work closely with technical teams to ensure proper configuration, data migration, and system compatibility.
   • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to HANA integration, ensuring data integrity and performance.
4. Stakeholder Management:
   
   
   • Effectively communicate project objectives, status, and outcomes to stakeholders at all levels.
   • Collaborate with business leaders to align project goals with organizational objectives.
   • Address concerns and proactively manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
5. Resource Management:
   
   
   • Allocate and manage resources efficiently to meet project requirements.
   • Foster a collaborative team environment, promoting open communication and knowledge sharing.
   • Ensure the development of team members through mentoring and skills enhancement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably with a focus on Order to Cash processes and SAP HANA integration.
• Strong understanding of O2C workflows and familiarity with SAP modules.
• In-depth knowledge of SAP HANA technology and its applications in enterprise environments.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a plus.
