Join us in our mission to elevate the cannabis experience and create a culture of excellence at Pure Cannabis Outlet.Duties:Looking for fast-paced, dedicated people to help deliver orders in the Macomb, St Clair. & Oakland County areas. People who are detail-oriented tend to do the best in our location and industry, along with multi-taskers and self-starters.Must be willing and able to be cross trained in other areas of the store; we utilize our drivers in-store for a variety of other roles as well.Delivery: orders in a 35-mile radius quickly, accurately, and most importantly, safely. Follow routes, time schedule, and compliancy laws.Restocking product on shelves in down time.Customer Communication: Interact with customers to provide delivery updates, confirm delivery times, and address any inquiries or concerns professionally and courteously.Order Documentation: Accurately record all delivery-related information, including order details, delivery times, and customer interactions. Guide guests through our product availability and ensure order quality.Safety Compliance: Ensure that drivers adhere to safety guidelines and regulations while on the road, promoting a safe and accident-free work environment.Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments, including warehouse staff and customer service, to ensure seamless delivery operations.Skills:Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with drivers, customers, and internal teams.Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.Familiarity with using dispatching software and GPS tracking systems.Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills to handle unexpected delivery challenges and find efficient solutions.Ability to work well under pressure, especially during peak delivery periods.Customer-focused attitude, with a commitment to providing excellent service.Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as delivery demands dictate.Must make sure the customers Drivers License matches the order name and has a valid date.Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.You will be using your own vehicle, no company provided vehicle.Please note that this job description is not exhaustive and additional duties may be assigned as needed.Job Type: Full-timeBenefits:Dental insuranceFlexible scheduleHealth insuranceVision insuranceLicense/Certification:registration and insurance (Preferred)Driver's License (Preferred)Work Location: In person
