Call Center Scheduler

Answer telephone calls professionally without providing medical advice Return voicemail and email messages using proper etiquette Take and relay messages Fax or email records Provide information to callers and transfer callers to the correct destination Handle customer queries Schedule appointments for exams, surgeries, and medical procedures Manage schedules and daily appointments Enter client and patient information into the computer system Maintain appointment diaries Monitor and maintain office equipment Maintain the scheduling area Update databases Perform other duties as assigned Requirements Must be bilingual/fluent in English and Spanish High School diploma; some college preferred Knowledge of computers and relevant software applications Knowledge of customer service principles and practices Keyboard skills Some call center experience desired Must be able to work 40+ hours a week, Monday through Friday, and Saturdays as scheduled, 8am to 5pm Must be within commuting distance of Thousand Palms, California for meetings and trainings Professional appearance required Must comply with company policies, procedures, and guidelines Authorized to work in the United States Core Competencies Demonstrates strong customer service skills while managing schedules and appointments in a medical office environment.
