Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Current or pending Colorado SLP license
• SLP-CCC or actively completing Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
• Familiarity with IEP process, goal writing, and progress monitoring
• Compassionate, collaborative, and highly organized
• Experience working with school-aged children preferred

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assess students to identify speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
• Deliver therapy services in individual and group settings
• Maintain accurate documentation, data collection, and timely progress reports
• Collaborate regularly with teachers, families, and support staff
• Attend IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
• Provide guidance and education for staff and families on speech/language strategies
