Desired Skills & Qualifications

• Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences & Disorders
• Active or pending Colorado SLP license (CDE credential if applicable)
• ASHA CCCs preferred, but strong applications from CFY candidates are welcomed
• Experience with pediatrics, pediatric healthcare, or school-based therapy
• Ability to clear background and fingerprinting requirements
• Proficiency with teletherapy or willingness to learn
• Commitment to collaboration and student-centered care

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver speech/language assessments and written evaluations
• Implement and monitor individualized IEPs
• Provide direct & indirect therapy services (K–12)
• Maintain detailed case logs and progress reports
• Attend and participate in IEP/team meetings (paid indirect hours)
• Supervise SLPAs as needed
• Foster positive relationships with students, families, and staff
