Store Manager Full Time

Job TitleWe are looking for outgoing, energetic positive leaders to accurately represent our brand, develop sales teams with a focus on increasing profits, and increasing both customer and employee satisfaction. Starting Pay $16-$20/hr. + commission & bonuses!ResponsibilitiesMaintains store staff by recruiting, selecting, and orienting employeesMeet sales goals and other performance criteria by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to sales staff; including coaching, counseling, disciplining employees.Completes company operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work resultsAchieves financial objectives through effective monitoring of controllable expenses such as labor, cost of sales, and expensesMaintains the stability and reputation of the store by complying with all legal requirementsManage and assign tasks appropriately to ensure the stores are clean, adequately stocked, organized, well-kept and customer readyEstablishes rapport with customers building loyalty and long term relationshipsCreates a positive, motivating, team based environmentInvestigate and resolve customer concerns in a timely and professional mannerAnalyze daily sales and expense information and perform all other financial analysis to maximize sales and net profitsSafe guard and account for all money received and be responsible for banking requirementsQualificationsHigh school diploma, or equivalentExcellent verbal and written communication skillsProven experience in retail/customer service environment1 year supervisory experienceAbility to effectively influence othersMust be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time, for 7+hours per dayMust be able to lift 25 pounds without assistanceReliable transportation, flexible availability including nights and weekendsPalm Beach Tan, Inc. offers a comprehensive benefit package for all full-time positions including medical, dental, vision, flexible spending, 401k, free tanning, product discounts and a fun, competitive environment.
