Retail Assistant Manager - Full-Time

Position Overview The Assistant Store Manager assists in supervising a store team focused on creating an unforgettable shopping experience that leaves our customers looking and feeling their best. The role supports developing leadership skills and leads the customer experience with the store team. The assistant manager strategizes to achieve team sales goals and, as a key holder, efficiently and accurately executes maurices Standard Operating Practices (SOPs), such as opening and closing the store. Job Responsibilities The Assistant Store Manager leads the store team, ensuring high customer service standards, and performs daily operational tasks including opening and closing of the store, key holder duties, training and directing team members, and contributing to sales goals.
