Benefits Free uniforms Opportunity for advancement Job Summary The Planet Fitness Cleaning and Service Specialist needed will be responsible for the overall cleanliness of all areas of the facility & floor enforcer- dispursing small groups of people and making sure members aren't on the machines to long on their phones to ensure a positive member experience. The opportunity is perfect for those wanting a low stress environment or with very little job experience, and students. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Thoroughly clean and sanitize restrooms, locker room areas, fitness equipment and gym floor Stock locker rooms with proper supplies/paper products Report any broken or missing amenities or equipment (Toilets, faucets, showers, hair dryers, gym equipment etc.) to the Club Manager Follow “Lost and Found Policy” and turn in lost member property to the Club Manager/Assistant Club Manager immediately Maintain integrity of all Chemical closets Maintain an organized gym floor Qualifications/Requirements Deep cleaning experience is preferred but not required Punctuality and reliability is a must Ability to work evenings and weekends is a must Honesty and exceptional work ethic Get tasks completed in a timely manner Demonstrate diplomacy in all interactions while using appropriate behavior and language High School diploma/GED equivalent required Must be 18 years of age or older Physical Demands Cleaning gym equipment, floor and glass.
