Nurse Talent Recruiter and MentorThis role is for 12 months only and may or may not be renewed.VNA Health Group is seeking an experienced and mission-driven Registered Nurse (RN) to serve as a Nursing Talent Recruiter and Mentor. This unique role combines nursing expertise, workforce development, talent acquisition, and mentorship to help strengthen and grow our clinical nursing workforce.The Nursing Talent Recruiter and Mentor will work closely with Talent Acquisition, Nursing Leadership, Clinical Education, and Preceptors to support recruitment efforts while serving as a mentor and resource for participants in our Nursing Ladders to Success Program.
