What You'll Do

• Provide advanced neonatal care in a high-acuity, Level III and Level IV NICU environment
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team to develop and implement care plans
• Manage critical neonatal cases with cutting-edge technology and treatments
• Support family-centered care and education
• Rotate across three hospitals within a 20-30 minute radius
• Ensure compliance with hospital and healthcare regulations
• Maintain accurate documentation and medical records

What You Need

• Current Board Certification as Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NP)
• Minimum of 2+ years of NICU experience
• Ability to work high-acuity shifts efficiently and effectively

• Experience in Level III/IV NICU settings
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
