Newsletter Writer & Editor

Own a weekly enterprise AI newsletter covering AI agent testing and improvement, benchmark releases, and the ways AI systems can fail in real-world workflows. This role combines editorial leadership, clear technical storytelling, contributor coordination, and audience-growth experimentation. Key Responsibilities

• Write, edit, and publish a high-quality weekly newsletter on enterprise AI.
• Research complex AI developments and translate them into clear, engaging stories.
• Manage the editorial calendar and weekly publishing schedule.
• Coordinate internal and external contributors.
• Create new formats, hooks, partnerships, and promotional ideas to grow readership.
• Maintain a consistent editorial voice and quality across every edition.

• Experience writing or managing a newsletter.
• Ability to explain AI and technology clearly, without unnecessary hype or jargon.
• Understanding of the factors that drive newsletter engagement and readership.
• Strong editorial judgment, including the ability to identify compelling topics and angles.
• An entrepreneurial mindset and interest in building a publication from the ground up.
• Ability to manage the publication independently from week to week.

• Remote, part-time contract role.
• Approximately 20 hours per week.

• $45 to $50 per hour.
