As a Shipping & Receiving Clerk at CJ Logistics, you'll be the first point of contact for drivers and play a key role in making sure shipments arrive and leave without a hitch. If you enjoy multitasking, working with a great team, and keeping operations running smoothly, this role is for you!Pay Range: $17.40- $21.75 per hourSchedule: 1st Shift Mon - Fri 5:00 AM to 1:30 PMWhat You'll Be Do:Greet & Direct Drivers: Sign in/out drivers, verify paperwork, and assign dock doors for inbound and outbound loadsInventory: Keep trailer inventory accurate with real-time updates on doors and yard reportsCoordinate Yard Moves: Work with spotters to ensure smooth yard activity. Direct moves for the spotter/yard jockey, keeping everything in sync.Handle Paperwork: Process Bills of Lading and reconcile shipments with packing slipsStay Organized: Maintain accurate schedules, door reports, and trailer inventoryDeliver Great Customer Service: Be the friendly face of the facility for both internal and external customersReconciliate: Match inbounds with packing slips and manage drop lot activity like a proSchedule Keeper: Maintain inbound and outbound schedules to keep operations seamlessError Spotter: Report discrepancies to leadership to ensure everything runs smoothlyTeam Collaborator: Work closely with shift management and leads to hit shift goalsLifelong Learner: Stay sharp by actively participating in training programsEfficiency Expert: Perform all tasks safely and on timeAdaptable Go-Getter: Take on additional duties as neededWhat We're Looking For:High School Diploma/GED and experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Tech-savvy – Familiarity with Blue Yonder/Korber/ AS400 or warehouse management systems is a plusDetail-Oriented – Ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environmentGreat Communicator – Strong verbal and written skillsTeam Player – Works well with others to achieve shift goalsReliable – we count on you, and so does the teamReady to Elevate Your Career?
