About the Role:

Tax Debt Resolutions LLC is looking for a skilled and motivated Enrolled Agent to join our team in Phoenix, AZ. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in clients' lives by helping them navigate complex tax issues and find lasting financial relief. Responsibilities:

Represent clients before the IRS and state tax authorities in audits, collections, and appeals

Analyze client tax situations and develop strategic tax debt resolution plans

Prepare and file federal and state tax returns, including back taxes and amended returns

Negotiate installment agreements, offers in compromise, and penalty abatements on behalf of clients

Communicate directly with IRS agents and tax authorities to resolve outstanding tax liabilities

Maintain accurate and up-to-date client case files and documentation

Stay current on IRS regulations, tax code changes, and resolution programs

Requirements:

Active IRS Enrolled Agent (EA) designation required

Experience in tax resolution, IRS representation, or tax debt relief preferred

Strong knowledge of federal and state tax codes, IRS collection procedures, and resolution programs

Proficiency with tax preparation and case management software

Excellent negotiation, communication, and client-facing skills

Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously

Compassionate and professional demeanor when working with clients in financial distress
