Overview

Schedule: Monday-Friday. This position is fully onsite.

Purpose Statement/Position Summary: The Program Manager, Pathology & Lab Medicine is responsible for the office of the Department Chair. The Program Manager, PLM works closely with the Department Chair in maintaining a relationship with CHLA, USC and CHLAMG. They perform Calendaring, Email Management, and Document Development (including presentations and minutes) for Key Meetings for the Executive. They also perform complex and confidential administrative tasks using a high level of discretion, interpretation, and independent judgment. Responsible for overall planning, implementation, evaluation, and administration of numerous initiatives within the department.

Minimum Qualifications/Work Experience:

• 5+ years of experience required.

• Demonstrated advanced correspondence, writing and presentation development skills.

• Ability to effectively work across systems internally and externally.

• Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Powerpoint, Microsoft Word and Teams.

Preferred:

• Ability to prioritize and execute on key operational and strategic issues

• SharePoint design and Power automate experience.

• Experience as a C-Suite Executive Assistant.

• Service Orientation.

Education/Licensure/Certification:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience may be considered required.

Pay Scale Information

USD $85,654.40 - USD $114,192.00

Final determination of a successful candidate's starting pay will vary based on a number of factors, including, but not limited to, education and experience within the job or the industry. The pay scale listed for this position is generally for candidates who meet the specified qualifications and requirements listed on this specific job description. Additional pay may be determined for those candidates who exceed these specified qualifications and requirements.
