About the TeamThe LATAM TV & Film Operations team is part of TikTok's Content Operations organization. We partner with major studios, entertainment publishers, creators, and KOLs to drive high-quality content growth and scale on TikTok. Our focus spans creator management, education & product adoption, publisher integration, and major tentpole events — all designed to strengthen a diverse ecosystem that connects users to their favorite IPs.Key ResponsibilitiesWe are looking for a Program Manager contractor, who will be responsible for conducting programs and projects in the TV & Film vertical to foster the LATAM ecosystem. This includes strategy development, planning, execution, measurement, and optimization of various program types. These responsibilities fall into two core areas:

• Program Management: the planning and execution of programs, cross-functional coordination and measurement.
  • Program Management:- Lead the planning of programs in LATAM to ensure alignment with key objectives, proper resource allocation, and adherence to playbook standards.
  • Program Management:- Drive the execution of programs to ensure they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the expected quality benchmarks.
  • Program Management:- Represent local and regional priorities in global forums, while ensuring the smooth rollout and localized implementation of global programs across the region.
  • Program Management:- Collaborate with Creator and Publisher managers to ensure programs address partner needs and Ops priorities, while proactively identifying and proposing strategic opportunities.
  • Program Management:- Coordinate with XFN teams such as Finance, Procurement, Legal, MKT, GBS, and Comms to ensure budget tracking, execution of all administrative processes, and compliance with financial and legal requirements.
  • Program Management:- Negotiation and management of external suppliers (agencies) – not including publishers or creators – to execute programs and events, ensuring alignment on deliverables, timelines, and quality standards.
  • Program Management:- Provide local market insights - to both Central and local teams - to inform strategic decisions regarding partnership engagement and product adoption.
  • Program Management:- Measure program performance, make adjustments to ensure impact, and deliver recaps and learnings to influence future projects.
  • Program Management:- Ensure proper report and knowledge sharing to support scalability and the replication of best practices across the region.
• In-App Strategy:
  • In-App Strategy:- Plan, develop, and implement promotional levers such as push notifications, internal ads, H5s, AOC pages, banners, and search hubs, ensuring operational efficiency and alignment with program goals.
  • In-App Strategy:- Support central and regional initiatives through localized in-app activations (e.g.: Oscars, Spotlight).
  • In-App Strategy:- Monitor and report on key in-app KPIs, assessing the performance and effectiveness of each lever to guide continuous optimization.
  • In-App Strategy:- Maintain accurate trackers and reporting to support knowledge sharing and the replication of best practices in the use of in-app levers across the region.

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications- Relevant experience: 5+ years in program/project management within tech, media, entertainment, or digital platforms; experience in LATAM/multi-market environments and with content creators is a plus.
• Program management: strong end-to-end program management skills, with the ability to drive complex initiatives across cross-functional teams, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and at high quality.
• Strategic and analytical thinking: ability to translate business goals into actionable programs, define KPIs, analyze performance, and optimize based on data and insights.
• Growth expertise: solid understanding of content distribution, user engagement, and product adoption strategies.
• Language: Proficiency in Spanish and English for regional/global collaboration
